Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against planned timelines.
• Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Allocate responsibilities and ensure effective utilization of project resources.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and track action items.
• Motivate and guide the project team to achieve project objectives.

Cost & Schedule Management

• Monitor project costs, expenses, and resource utilization.
• Track project milestones and identify delays at an early stage.
• Develop and implement recovery plans wherever required.
• Ensure timely procurement of project-related materials and services.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure project activities comply with company quality standards and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections, testing, documentation, and approvals.
• Ensure proper project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project progress reports, MIS, dashboards, and management updates.
• Maintain project schedules, meeting minutes, action trackers, and relevant documentation.
• Maintain records of changes, risks, issues, and project decisions.
• Prepare project closure reports and lessons learned.
