Job summary

Imperial Auto Industries in India is seeking an experienced Project Manager/PMO to lead end-to-end customer projects and NPD programs, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, Purchase, Finance and Sales.

You will drive APQP, PPAP, validation, tooling and launch readiness, identify risks, track milestones and deliver MIS dashboards for management; 8-15 years of automotive project management experience and BE/B.Tech with MBA

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Automotive or Production preferred.
• MBA/PGDM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from RFQ/Nomination to SOP & stabilization.
• Coordinate with customers and internal functions including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, Purchase, Finance and Sales.
• Track project milestones, timelines, cost, quality and deliverables.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, validation, tooling and launch readiness.
• Identify project risks, delays and issues and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct project reviews and prepare MIS/dashboard reports for management.
• Manage projects across 2W/3W, Tractor, CV & Engines, Construction Equipment, Domestic PV and MSIL.
• Ensure customer requirements and project commitments are achieved within agreed timelines.
