Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking a Deputy Manager PMO to support the PMO in planning, tracking and governing strategic projects and improvement initiatives. The role ensures timely execution, effective stakeholder coordination, and accurate reporting of milestones and benefits.

You will coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Engineering to drive project execution, develop plans and dashboards, and manage risks and dependencies across functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple projects / initiatives across functions and plants.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers and dashboards.
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, cost and key deliverables.
• Conduct periodic project reviews with stakeholders and track action-item closure.
• Prepare MIS, management dashboards, project status reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies and bottlenecks and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Engineering and other functions for project execution.
