Job summary

DEC Industries in Hyderabad is seeking a PMC Engineer to assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination across Design, Production, Procurement, Erection, and Site teams. Fresh graduates with a learning attitude and interest in project management are welcome.

The role involves preparing progress reports, reviewing drawings/BOQs, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards at project sites. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with good academic knowledge and a positive learning attitude.
• Interest in project management, planning and construction/manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of PEB, structural steel, or formwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Erection, and Site teams.
• Track material requirements, manpower deployment, and project activities.
• Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Participate in project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
• Identify project delays and report issues to the reporting manager.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Support quality and safety compliance at project sites.
