Job summary

DEC Industries in Hyderabad is seeking a Design Engineer Civil with 5 years of experience to design and analyze PEB and structural steel buildings. You will lead design of primary and secondary members, bracing, connections, mezzanines and canopies, ensuring compliance with IS codes and international standards.

You will prepare and review structural calculations, GA and fabrication drawings, coordinate with detailing, fabrication, project and site teams, and optimize designs for strength,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PEB & structural steel design.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD/Tekla and PEB design software.
• Knowledge of IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893 and steel connection design.
• Good analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PEB manufacturing/fabrication will be an advantage.
