Honeybee Tech Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant to lead end-to-end real estate and construction projects. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring timelines, budgets, safety compliance, reviewing drawings and schedules, managing vendor performance, and preparing progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• PM experience in Real Estate/Construction required.
• Experience managing vendors/contractors.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control abilities.
• Proficient in construction planning and execution.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards and compliance.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction and safety standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
• Manage vendor/contractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Identify project risks/delays and implement corrective actions.
