Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in real estate and construction to oversee end-to-end project management for ongoing and upcoming projects in Mumbai. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards.

Formación

• Civil Engineering Graduate (preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate / construction project management.
• Experience handling residential / commercial real estate projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end project management for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure delivery as per planned schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure statutory approvals, documentation, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
• Identify potential project risks and delays and implement corrective measures.
