Job summary

Bergenia Consultancy is seeking a civil engineering professional to manage and monitor end-to-end retail fit-out and QSR project executions across South India. You will coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors and internal teams, while supervising on-site work and ensuring adherence to drawings and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 24 years of relevant experience and a diploma or bachelor's in civil engineering, with mandatory PMC exposure for retail/QSR projects and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 24 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior PMC experience for retail fit-out and/or QSR projects is mandatory.
• Experience in site execution, contractor coordination, and project monitoring.
• Willingness to travel across South India.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor end-to-end execution of retail fit-out and QSR outlet projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise on-site construction, interior fit-out, MEP coordination, and finishing.
• Ensure project execution per approved drawings, specs, BOQs, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues, delays, and quality deviations.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material specs, and site requirements.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, manpower, and contractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site inspection reports.
• Identify site-level challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, and handover.

• Practical experience in site execution, contractor coordination, and project monitoring.
• Willingness to travel or work at project sites across South India.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
