Job summary

AKMV Consultants in Maharashtra is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with PMC experience to lead large commercial developments. The role requires hands-on pre-construction expertise, and proven ability to manage senior-level client interactions and coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Candidates should have a post-graduate degree in Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent) or MBA/PGDM, with a minimum 2-year program.

Qualifications

• Experience working with PMCs is mandatory.
• Exposure to large commercial projects (5+ L sqft) end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on pre-construction experience is mandatory.
• Independent management of senior-level client interactions with consultants and stakeholders.
• Post-graduation qualifications preferred.

• Project Type: Large Commercial Development (Composite Structure)
  

Mandatory Screening Criteria

• Candidate should have experience working with PMCs.
  
• Candidates from Developers, Builders, Contractors or EPC organizations will not be considered, without relevant PMC experience.
  
• Strong experience in handling large commercial projects is mandatory (minimum 5 L sqft, end to end delivery).
  
• Commercial project exposure should cover the entire project lifecycle, including:
  
• Construction Execution
  
• Hands-on experience in Pre-Construction is absolutely mandatory for this positions.
