Job summary

Isgec Heavy Engineering in India is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to plan, execute, and control projects from order receipt through to completion. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, quality, and commissioning teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to milestones.

The role involves reviewing specifications, managing schedules, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and HSE

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control EPC projects from order receipt to project completion.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using project planning tools and ensure adherence to contractual milestones.
• Review project specifications, scope of work, drawings, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Track material procurement, manufacturing, dispatch, and site activities to ensure timely availability.
• Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project dashboards.
• Monitor project costs, budget utilization, and resource planning.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, statutory requirements, and HSE guidelines.
• Support claim management, variation orders, documentation, and project closure activities.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
