Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and project activities with safety and environmental practices.
• Guide technicians for daily maintenance and project activities.
• Analyze and address routine troubleshooting issues.
• Manage manpower according to daily work distribution.
• Provide safety and maintenance training to technicians.
• Review and analyze daily maintenance and utility activities.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance and calibration schedules; investigate abnormalities.
• Coordinate between departments to resolve issues.
• Analyze daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure spares procurement and availability for maintenance.
• Design and procure instrument and electrical items.
• Ensure utility supply to all production plants and other functions.
• Manage shift electrical and instrument maintenance activities.

• Look after day to day Maintenance/Project activities with safety and environmental aspects.
• Guide the technician for daily routine Maintenance/Project activates.
• Analysis and action for routine troubleshooting.
• Management of ManPower according to daily work distribution.
• Training to the Technician regarding safety & Maintenance activity.
• Review and analyze the daily/routine maintenance/Utility activity.
• Ensure to follow the Preventive Maintenance/Calibration schedule and analysis for any abnormality.
• Interphase between other dept for different issues.
