Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bharuch is seeking a Shift Engineer with a BE Mechanical and at least 5 years of experience to oversee day-to-day maintenance and project activities, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

You will guide technicians, plan preventive maintenance, coordinate with other departments, manage spares, and supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance across the site.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree required.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Look after day to day Maintenance/Project activities with safety and environmental aspects.
• Guide the technician for daily routine Maintenance/Project activates.
• Analysis and action for routine troubleshooting.
• Management of ManPower according to daily work distribution.
• Training to the Technician regarding safety & Maintenance activity.
• Review and analyze the daily/routine maintenance/Utility activity.
• Ensure to follow the Preventive Maintenance/Calibration schedule and analysis for any abnormality.
• Interphase between other dept for different issues.
• Analysis of Daily Maintenance activity.
• Ensure all equipment spares procurement and availability for any maintenance activity.
• Designing and Procurement of Instrument and Electrical items.
• Ensure Utility supply to all production plants and other functions across the site.
