Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Shift Manager (Process Engineering) for Bharuch location. This role targets professionals with 8–12 years of experience in chemical process engineering and a BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

Shift duty includes A/B/C and general shifts with 6-day working weeks. The ideal candidate will lead plant operations, monitor processes, drive productivity and energy efficiency, handle troubleshooting, and ensure safety compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in chemical process engineering or similar role.
• Bachelor level degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Role requires leadership and shift management skills.
