Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in civil, mechanical, electrical or construction disciplines.
• 8–16 years total experience, 5–12 years relevant.
• Strong site sensibility and schedule discipline.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple partners.
• Desirable PMP/Primavera and execution-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review GC master schedule and validate sequencing and critical path.
• Drive look-ahead planning and constraint log; coordinate removals with PMC/GC.

• Monitor resource mobilization plans and flag gaps impacting milestones.
• Maintain integrated dashboards and governance packs for reviews.

• Maintain decision log, action tracker and escalation aging; ensure closure SLAs.

• 1. Review GC master schedule, milestone plan and logic; validate sequencing and critical path.
• 2. Drive look-ahead planning and constraint log; coordinate removals with PMC/GC and track closures.
• 3. Validate progress measurement method (quantities/earned progress) and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• 4. Monitor resource mobilization plans (manpower, equipment) and flag gaps impacting milestones.
• 5. Maintain integrated dashboards and prepare governance packs for weekly/monthly reviews.
• 6. Support time impact analysis for changes/variations; maintain baseline and revision history discipline.
• 7. Demand recovery plans for slippages; track effectiveness and escalated unresolved risks.
• 8. Maintain decision log, action tracker and escalation ageing; ensure closure SLAs are met.
