Job summary

NR GROUP is expanding and seeks a Technical Manager to lead the Façades Division, owning technical delivery from design to execution in Bengaluru. You will oversee end-to-end façade design, review drawings and BOQs, coordinate with architects, vendors and internal teams, resolve on-site issues, and ensure on-time delivery with safety and quality compliance across multiple projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in faade systems like curtain walls, ACP, glass glazing.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, structural basics, and faade materials.
• Experience in executing projects in the facade industry.
• Good communication and coordination with vendors and clients.
• Experience in site execution and resolving technical snags.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
