Job summary

Design Facade Systems is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee facade projects from planning through handover. You will ensure timely execution, quality, safety and budget compliance while coordinating with site supervisors, engineers, design, procurement, billing and other internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong planning, leadership and communication skills to monitor site progress, review drawings and BOQs, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facade projects from planning to handover, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Engineers, Design, Purchase, Billing and other internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material availability, equipment and work schedules across all assigned projects.
• Review project drawings, work orders, BOQs, and execution plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Track project timelines, identify risks, resolve execution issues and escalate critical concerns to Management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project updates, approvals and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely submission of site reports, measurements, billing inputs and project documentation.
• Monitor material consumption, resource utilization and project costs to minimize delays and wastage.
• Lead, guide, and monitor Site Supervisors, ensuring accountability and timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to Management on progress, risks and key milestones.

Education

Qualification & Preferred candidate profile

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or related field
