Silicon E Solution is seeking a Project In-Charge to manage end-to-end ELV system deployments (CCTV, Networking, WiFi, Access Control, PA/BGM, AV). The role focuses on planning, site execution, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical and has 2–5 years of ELV/ CCTV/Networking experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• 2–5 years of ELV / CCTV / Networking project experience.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, IP CCTV, and networking systems.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Fluke, OTDR) and system configuration.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ELV project activities per drawings and timelines.

Job Summary

The Project In-Charge (PIC) will be responsible for end-to-end execution of ELV systems including CCTV, Networking, WiFi, Access Control, PA/BGM, and AV systems. The role involves planning, coordination, site execution, testing & commissioning, and successful project handover while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Review project drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
• Prepare project schedules, micro planning, and resource allocation
• Execute work as per approved drawings and timelines
• Project Related Documentations and filing.
• Responsible for making work front availability to contractors.

2. Site Management

• Supervise daily site activities for ELV systems installation From Supervisor
• Ensure proper installation of CCTV, structured cabling (Cat6/Fiber), WiFi, and AV systems
• Monitor progress and resolve site challenges proactively

3. Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC and internal teams.
• Attend project meetings and implement action points.
• Must Clearly communicate or highlight dependencies and solved it with coordination and give work front to team to achieve the time lines.

4. Material & Resource Management

• Plan and raise material requirements
• Verify materials received at site (cameras, switches, cables, racks, etc.)

5. Quality Assurance

• Verify installations comply with approved drawings and industry standards
• Maintain cable management, labelling, and rack dressing standards
• Conduct inspections and rectify non-conformities.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site records
• Prepare and submit test reports, cable schedules, and as-built drawings
• Track approvals and drawing revisions.

7. Safety Compliance

• Enforce safety practices and use of PPE at site
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure compliance with safety standards

8. Client Interaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for ELV scope
• Provide regular progress updates and resolve client concerns
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
• Client Signed off one dwg, project report , measurement sheet and other documentation

9. Billing & Project Tracking

• Track executed quantities and support billing processes
• Monitor project progress against milestones and timelines

Assist in cost control and avoiding overruns .

10. Project Handover

• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure
• Support final testing, commissioning, and client demonstration
• Submit handover documentation including as-built drawings and warranties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in ELV / CCTV / Networking projects
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, IP CCTV, and networking systems
• Familiarity with testing tools (Fluke, OTDR) and system configuration
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale projects (Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, Campuses)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings .
