Job summary

Johnson Controls in Gurgaon is seeking an ELV Project Engineer to plan, execute, and deliver ELV projects within scope, budget and schedule. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of ELV systems.

The role involves overseeing installation, testing, commissioning and handover of ELV systems, reviewing drawings, specs and BOQs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related Engineering field.
• 2-5 years of ELV project execution and management experience.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.
• Ensure project activities are completed according to project schedules and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.

Technical Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Prepare shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate design modifications and resolve technical issues at site.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.

ELV Systems

Experience in installation and commissioning of:

• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Public Address (PA) Systems
• Fire Alarm Interface Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS) Integration
• Vesda Sytems
• WLD & Rodent & Gas Suppression systems

Site Management

• Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and MEP teams.

Testing & Commissioning

• Prepare testing and commissioning plans.
• Conduct system testing and acceptance procedures.
• Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.

Qualifications
