Job summary

BKP Hr Consultancy is seeking a Construction Project Manager for an upcoming site in Uttar Pradesh. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling and on-site execution, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

Role requires coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams while monitoring progress, productivity, procurement and cost control to meet timelines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and site execution.
• Supervise civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, labour productivity, material procurement, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure construction quality, site safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Resolve technical and site-level execution challenges.
• Manage contractor billing, BOQs, project MIS, and progress reporting.
• Ensure statutory compliance, quality inspections, snag resolution, and project handover.
