Job summary

Upasana Colonisers Resorts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India is seeking a site civil engineer to supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

The role requires ensuring execution per approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and site teams, monitoring progress, quality, and safety, and assisting in planning and handover activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams
• Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
• Check quality of civil works including RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, etc.
• Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams for site-related technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, checklists, and site records.
• Identify site issues, delays, and quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with MEP and other departments to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and project procedures at the site.
• Support project planning, scheduling, quantity estimation, and material requirements.
• Monitor work against the approved project schedule and milestones.
• Assist in inspection, snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
