Job summary

Trident Auto Components in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh, seeks an experienced Plant Production Manager to plan, organize and control production activities ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

You will oversee daily operations in the production department, drive quality improvements, manage suppliers, and lead data-driven decisions to optimize manufacturing efficiency and material flow.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in heavy fabrication or heavy engineering industries.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and material science.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
