Job summary

Tri World Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee civil construction across Kanthalloor, Pooppara, and additional sites in Kerala. The role requires coordinating design, contractors, and management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 10–20 years of experience managing multiple sites, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD. Frequent travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• 10–20 years of construction/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and supervise all construction activities across Kanthalloor, Pooppara, and other project sites.
• Manage end-to-end project execution from design coordination to handover.
• Oversee site engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and review progress reports.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Develop progress reports and present updates to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction execution, and team leadership, with the ability to ensure quality, safety, timelines, and cost-efficiency across multiple sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and supervise all construction activities across Kanthalloor, Pooppara, and other project sites.
• Manage end-to-end project execution - from design coordination to completion and handover.
• Oversee site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site visits (travel between project sites required) and review progress reports.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth project delivery.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10-20 years of experience in construction/project management (preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
• Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Kanthalloor and Pooppara sites.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
