Job summary

Wonderise Realty is seeking an experienced Project Head Construction Operations (Civil) to lead end-to-end planning, design coordination, construction execution, monitoring and delivery of real estate projects.

You will coordinate with PMC, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost control across residential and commercial developments. A high-degree leadership and problem-solving capability is essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 20+ years of relevant civil construction and real estate project execution experience.
• Proven experience with residential/high-rise/commercial real estate projects and PMC-led execution.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project planning, construction execution, monitoring and delivery.
• Lead from pre-construction and design coordination through construction, completion and handover.
• Coordinate with PMC, Architects, Structural and MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Review plans, schedules, BOQs, drawings, specs and technical documents.
• Monitor progress, drive corrective actions for delays and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, contractor billing, variations and claims.

Job Summary

Wonderise Realty is looking for an experienced Project Head Construction Operations (Civil) to lead the end-to-end planning, design coordination, construction execution, monitoring, and delivery of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of end-to-end project planning, construction execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Lead project execution from pre-construction and design coordination through construction, completion, and handover.
• Coordinate effectively with PMC, Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Review and monitor project plans, construction schedules, BOQs, quantities, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines and drive corrective and recovery actions for delays.
• Review and monitor project budgets, costing, quantity measurements, contractor billing, variations, claims, and cost control.
• Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, resource deployment, productivity, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Drive effective PMC and contractor performance management and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
• Identify project risks related to design, cost, schedule, procurement, quality, resources, and execution, and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead coordination and resolution of technical issues, design clashes, RFIs, and constructability concerns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, statutory, technical, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide Management with accurate updates on progress, cost, quality, risks, delays, and key decisions.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, and efficient construction methodologies without compromising quality.
• Lead project completion, testing, commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, documentation, and handover.
• Ensure proper project documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, test reports, approvals, and completion records.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant, and commercially viable real estate projects.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and real estate project execution.
• Proven experience in managing residential, high-rise, commercial, or large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience in coordinating with PMC teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning, quality control, quantity management, cost control, and site execution.
• Ability to review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to control project cost, variations, claims, and contractor billing.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, manage project challenges, and drive timely resolution.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects towards timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Candidates with experience in high‑rise residential projects and PMC‑led project execution will be preferred.
