Job summary

Vama Engineers Services is seeking a Project Head / Senior Construction Manager to take end-to-end ownership of MEP, HVAC, ELV, and Fire Fighting infrastructure projects.

In this executive role, you will be fully accountable for project profitability, efficient execution, and the ongoing improvement of top-line revenue and bottom-line margins, while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relations.

Responsibilities

• Project Profitability & Financial Stewardship: P&L ownership, financial accountability, top-line expansion, bottom-line optimization, commercial monitoring.
• Efficient Work Execution & Operational Excellence: Lean construction management, material & asset planning, value engineering.
• Workforce Sourcing & Supervision Strategy: Skilled workforce sourcing, supervisory onboarding, labor productivity tracking.
• Client Coordination, Communication & Representation: Primary interface, corporate representation, issue & claim resolution.
• Business Development through Performance: Organic growth engine, brand ambassadorship.

Serving as the primary face of our organization, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, lead client communication, and leverage operational excellence to build deep trust, securing new business opportunities and repeat orders through flawless delivery.
