• Experience with Data Center / Mission Critical projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with international/global clients is an advantage.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP Head Design, Engineering & BIM to lead our multidisciplinary engineering and design function. The role will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership across MEP, BIM, Civil and Architecture disciplines, while driving project delivery, design excellence, client satisfaction, team capability and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in AEC / MEP / BIM / Design Engineering, with a proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, large-scale engineering projects. Experience in Data Center / Mission Critical projects will be highly preferred.

Experience

• 22+ years of overall experience in AEC / MEP / BIM / Design Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in building and leading multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
• Proven experience in senior leadership positions such as MEP Head, Engineering Head, Engineering Director, Technical Director, Program Director, Delivery Head or Senior Engineering Manager.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, complex, end-to-end engineering/design projects.
• Strong experience working with multidisciplinary teams across MEP, BIM, Civil and Architecture.
• Experience with Data Center / Mission Critical projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with international/global clients and large-scale engineering delivery environments will be an advantage.
• Experience in an AEC / Engineering Services / BIM / Design consultancy environment is preferred.
