Job summary

AMs Project Consultants is seeking a senior professional to lead and oversee the execution of PMC and Design & Build projects across the West Region. You will drive governance, standards, and cost control while ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets and quality expectations.

The role requires leadership of Project Directors and Managers, proactive risk reviews, and coordination across Civil, Architectural, Interior, MEP, Procurement and Vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Civil Construction and Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Proven track record in managing PMC assignments across multiple sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, contracts, procurement and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of PMC and Design & Build projects across the West Region.
• Drive governance frameworks, delivery standards and cost control measures.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality requirements.
• Provide leadership to project teams including Project Directors and Managers.
• Review risks, schedules, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate across Civil, Architectural, Interior, MEP, Procurement and Vendor teams.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key clients and partners.
• Support business development through technical presentations and pursuits.
• Drive safety and statutory compliance across projects.

Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee the execution of all PMC and Design & Build projects across the West

Region.

• Drive operational excellence, governance frameworks, and project delivery standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality requirements.
• Manage project profitability, cost control, cash flow and resource utilization.
• Provide leadership to Project Directors, Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams.
• Review project risks, schedules, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee coordination between Civil, Architectural, Interior, MEP, Procurement and Vendor teams.
• Act as the escalation point for key clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support business development initiatives, technical presentations and strategic pursuits.
• Drive quality, safety and statutory compliance across all projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in Civil Construction and Interior Fit-Out Projects.

• Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
• Experience managing PMC assignments across multiple sectors.
• Experience delivering Design & Build projects from concept to handover.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, contracts, procurement and project controls.
• Exposure to Data Center, Industrial and Corporate Interior projects is preferred.
