Job summary

DINESHCHANDRA R AGRAWAL INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong building construction background to lead end-to-end project execution in Ahmedabad and Prayagraj.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budget control, quality and safety, coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and to required standards.

Qualifications

• 15-22 years of experience in project execution and construction management.
• Building construction experience is mandatory.
• Candidates from Real Estate/Residential/Commercial/High-Rise Building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planning, execution, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of building construction projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and MIS for senior management.
• Drive coordination between design, procurement, contracts and site teams.
• Ensure timely handover of projects per defined standards.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong building construction background to lead and manage projects in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control and adherence to safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end execution of building construction projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure effective execution of civil, structural and finishing works.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction methodologies.
• Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity and resource deployment.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and MIS for senior management.
• Drive coordination between design, procurement, contracts and site teams.
• Ensure timely handover of projects as per defined standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 15- 22 years of experience in project execution and construction management.
• Building construction experience is mandatory.
• Candidates from Real Estate / Residential / Commercial / High-Rise Building projects will be preferred.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality and safety.
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred.
