Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai seeks a Senior Facade Lead to steer end-to-end facade execution for high-rise commercial buildings. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams to integrate facade systems and guide design development of curtain walls, glazing, and cladding.

The role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and deep knowledge of international facade standards. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in facade execution for high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing, ACP, stone cladding, and related systems.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and consultants effectively.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with international facade standards and safety codes.
