Job summary

Growth For Impact in India is seeking an experienced functional safety lead to define and drive the product safety lifecycle per ISO26262 and our internal processes. You will coordinate safety activities, prepare safety work products, and interface with assessors for reviews.

The role requires extensive experience in automotive safety management, ASIL-D projects, and strong understanding of hardware/software architectures. Proactive governance and audits are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in Automotive Functional Safety management and ISO26262 deployment.
• Conducted complete safety lifecycle for projects up to ASIL-D.
• Good understanding of hardware and software architecture and development process.
• Familiar with project management tools: Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Experience with safety assessments/audits.
