ROLE

• Definition and execution of the product safety lifecycle as per ISO26262 and NXP internal process
• Continuous follow-up and reporting of functional safety activities
• Preparation of safety work products: safety plan, safety case, tool evaluation, etc.
• Interfacing with functional safety assessor for assessment and confirmation reviews execution

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Functional Safety management and ISO26262 deployment
• Conducted complete safety lifecycle for projects up to ASIL-D
• Good understanding of hardware and software architecture and development process
• Familiar with project management tools: Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Experience with safety assessments/audits
