Job summary

M/S Envirotech Systems Limited in Greater Noida is seeking a capable Commercial & Project Coordination professional to oversee project reviews, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration for on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores and Site teams, prepare schedules, track progress, and manage documentation through handover. Strong communication and multi-project handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Civil, Wood Technology or related discipline.
• 23 years of experience in Project Execution, Production, Doors, Wooden Products, Interior or Building Products.
• Direct experience in Door/Wooden Section preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review PO/Work Order, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Quality and Site teams.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against committed timelines.
• Maintain project status, documentation and regular management reports.
• Identify delays/issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Coordinate production as per project priorities and delivery schedules.
• Follow up for required doors, hardware, accessories and other materials.
• Verify quantity, size, specification and accessories against drawings before dispatch.
• Coordinate Quality/Stores clearance, packing and dispatch.
• Plan manpower requirements as per project scope and installation schedule.
• Coordinate installation team deployment and monitor site progress.
• Coordinate with client/site team regarding work fronts, measurements and material requirements.
• Track pending work, snags and rectification.
• Coordinate final inspection and project handover.

A. Commercial & Project Coordination
