• Good understanding of interior drawings, measurements, materials, and finishing.
• Strong manpower and factory-floor management skills.
• Experience in project-wise production planning and deadline management.

• Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, wooden fixtures, steel fabrication, polishing, finishing, and related activities.
• Plan manpower and allocate resources according to project priorities.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement/store teams.
• Control material wastage, rework, and production costs.
• Conduct quality checks before dispatching materials to sites.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and timely dispatch of finished items to sites.
• Track production progress and maintain daily/weekly production reports.
