Job summary

Novel Designer Display System is seeking a cost estimator to analyse plans, bills of quantities, and project documentation to estimate costs. You will research, source, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare cost documents and reports.

You will work with the project team, liaise with clients and suppliers, keep detailed records, measure and monitor costs, and contribute to designs and cost planning throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Analysing plans, bills of quantities, and project documentation to estimate costs.
• Preparing cost documents and reports; writing notes and summaries.
