Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager with strong expertise in Oil & Gas and Substation Design projects up to 765kV. The candidate will oversee complete engineering activities, ensuring execution within schedule, quality, and cost targets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Primary & Secondary Design, SCADA, Protection Systems, Earthing, Cabling, and EPC project execution, and will lead and mentor design engineers and drafting teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas and substations
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
• Hands-on experience in Primary & Secondary Design, SCADA, Protection Systems, Earthing, Cabling and EPC project execution

Responsibilities

• Manage complete engineering activities for Oil & Gas and Substation projects up to 765kV.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are completed within project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for project execution.
• Review engineering calculations, drawings, technical documents, approvals, and submissions.
• Lead Primary Design, Secondary Design, Earthing, Cabling, SCADA, and Protection System activities.
• Conduct engineering review meetings and monitor project progress.
• Handle vendor evaluations, technical clarifications, manufacturing clearances, and material delivery follow-ups.
• Lead and mentor Design Engineers and Drafting Teams for effective project delivery
