About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineering Manager – Substation (PEM) to lead and manage engineering activities for large-scale GIS/AIS Substation projects up to 765kV. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in substation design, project execution, engineering management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete engineering activities within project schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with project planning teams and ensure timely engineering deliverables.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, and technical documents.
• Lead discussions with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee Primary Design, Secondary Design, Earthing, Cabling, SCADA, and Protection Systems.
• Coordinate vendor engineering, manufacturing interfaces, and material delivery schedules.
• Guide and mentor design teams, ensuring optimum resource utilization and productivity.
• Conduct engineering review meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
