Job summary

SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 7-18 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical EPC projects. The role focuses on executing HV, MV and LV electrical engineering activities for offshore projects, preparing SLDs, protection diagrams, and datasheets.

Candidates should have strong IEC/NEC/IEEE knowledge and experience with ETAP/SPEL; offshore exposure is highly valued. Available to join within 1–3 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7-18 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical EPC projects.
• Knowledge of IEC, NEC & IEEE standards.
• Experience with ETAP/SPEL is preferred.
• Offshore project experience with major EPC operators is highly preferred.
• Experience in HVDC, Solar, or Offshore Wind is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute HV, MV & LV Electrical Engineering activities for Offshore Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
• Prepare engineering deliverables including SLDs, Metering & Protection Diagrams, and Design Basis Specifications & Datasheets.
• Create Electrical Load Lists; perform Equipment & Cable Sizing Calculations; Lighting Calculations.
• Support procurement through Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, and Vendor Drawing Reviews.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure QA, safety and industry standards compliance.
