SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT in Bangalore invites an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead HV, MV and LV design for Oil & Gas EPC projects. Location: Bangalore. Experience: 12–15 years. Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical or Power Systems.

You will oversee engineering deliverables, perform power system studies, develop layouts, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure QA, safety and compliance. Prior team leadership of 7–10 engineers is expected.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
• 12–15 years of Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG or Petrochemical EPC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV, MV & LV Electrical Engineering design for Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG, and Petrochemical Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables including SLD, Metering & Protection Diagrams, Design Basis, Specifications & Datasheets.
• Perform Power System Studies using ETAP/SKM (SPEL knowledge preferred).
• Develop electrical layouts including Cable Tray Routing, Earthing, Lighting, Substation & Hazardous Area Layouts.
• Support procurement through MR, TBE, TQ and Vendor Drawing Reviews.
• Lead engineering teams, review design deliverables, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure QA and safety compliance.

Senior Electrical Engineer – Oil & Gas EPC Projects

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HV, MV & LV Electrical Engineering design for Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG, and Petrochemical Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables including: Single Line Diagrams (SLD) Metering & Protection Diagrams Design Basis, Specifications & Datasheets Electrical Load Lists Equipment, Cable & Lighting Calculations.
• Perform Power System Studies using ETAP/SKM (SPEL knowledge preferred).
• Develop electrical layouts including Cable Tray Routing, Earthing, Lighting, Substation & Hazardous Area Layouts.
• Support procurement through Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), Technical Queries (TQ) and Vendor Drawing Reviews.
• Lead engineering teams, review design deliverables, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with QA, Safety, and industry standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IEC, NEC, ANSI/IEEE standards.
• Experience with major EPC clients in major EPC operators is highly preferred.
• Experience in AIS/GIS Switchyard Design, SCADA, PMS/EMS, Load Shedding Systems, Lightning Protection, or Electrical Heat Tracing will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience leading a team of 7–10 Engineers/Designers.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Power Systems.
• 12–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG, or Petrochemical EPC projects.
