Job summary

Pintola is seeking a proactive Project Executive to support planning, coordination, and execution of plant projects and machinery installation. The role involves liaising with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and technical teams to ensure timely execution.

The candidate will assist in preparing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with drawings and safety procedures on-site. Relevant experience in food-processing or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production or related field.
• 3–5 years of project execution or plant engineering experience.
• Experience in machinery installation, fabrication or infrastructure projects is preferred.

We are looking for a Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of plant projects, machinery installation, modification, commissioning, and infrastructure development activities. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing plant projects, infrastructure work, and engineering activities.
• Coordinate machinery installation, shifting, erection, modification, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil, fabrication, and other external contractors.
• Follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, activity plans, and daily/weekly progress updates.
• Monitor project activities at the plant/site and report progress to the reporting manager.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, layouts, specifications, and instructions.
• Coordinate availability of manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and other project requirements.
• Track material requirements and coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and concerned departments.
• Monitor contractor work progress and maintain proper records of completed activities.
• Assist in checking measurements, work completion, and supporting documents for contractor bills.
• Identify delays, site issues, material shortages, and other project-related concerns and elevate them to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, QA, Stores, EHS, and other departments during project execution.
• Support installation, trial runs, testing, commissioning, and handover of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain project documentation, work orders, drawings, approvals, photographs, progress reports, and completion records.
• Assist in CAPEX projects, plant expansion, layout modification, utility work, and infrastructure development.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor housekeeping and basic safety compliance at project locations.
• Ensure contractors follow required PPE, work permits, and site safety procedures.
• Support the proper handover of completed work to the Maintenance/Operations team.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding project progress, pending activities, and site requirements.
• Perform other project-related activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of project execution and site coordination.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil, and fabrication activities.
• Ability to understand basic engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, or a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in project execution, plant engineering, manufacturing, food processing, machinery installation, maintenance projects, or infrastructure projects.
• Candidates with relevant experience in plant projects, machinery installation, fabrication, civil work, electrical work, or industrial project coordination will be preferred.
