Job summary

Jaivel Aerospace in India is seeking a Specialist - Contract Management (Project) to drive high‑performance contract activities in a fast paced, technical setting. You will own project scope, budgets, risk assessments and ensure alignment with customer requirements while coordinating with multiple functions.

You will coordinate engineering changes, ensure compliance with SOW, and deliver weekly status updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total working experience in related domain.
• Fluent knowledge of project execution best practices in design and manufacturing organisations.
• Fluent knowledge of cost structure of design and manufacturing processes in electro-mechanical domain.
• Fluent knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, BOIs and standards.
• Fluent knowledge of risk identification & mitigation of large and complex design and make projects.
• Fluent understanding of quality management systems and ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
• Fluent understanding of lean & Six Sigma principles.
• Clear and concise written & verbal English communication as well as presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work to team plan & deliver tasks on-time & within budget.
• Evaluate work progress and adjust as needed.
• Prepare project budget - cost, effort, and compliance based on SOW.
• Study inputs and prepare detailed project scope and risk report with mitigations.
• Issue commercial clearance to APQP with goals, budget, risks and make/buy info.
• Track project progress across functions; submit weekly status to customer.
• Manage engineering/scope changes and ensure implementation.
• Organise and conduct stage reviews to achieve project goals.
• Prepare technical delivery documents (quality certificates, inspection reports).
• Provide weekly updates to leadership and APQP functions.

About the Role:

As a Specialist within the Contract Management(Project) team, you will be responsible for performing allcritical tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.

What you'll deliver:

• Work to teamplan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
• Evaluate yourwork progress to the plan and make required course corrections
• Receive andInward new project information and compliance standards incompany PDM & ERP system
• Prepareproject budget - cost, effort(hr) and compliance standardbased on agreed scope of work (SOW)
• Study customerinput and prepare detailed project scope, risk reportincluding propose mitigation actions

• Swiftlyresolve clarification request with customer in clear andconcise communication
