Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a seasoned project management professional for Defence domain work in Mumbai. The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams, coordinating system integration, and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects with OEMs and field operations.

The candidate should have proven experience in project management within Defence, handling interfaces, data analysis, and EMI/EMC considerations across radar and sensor systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in Defence domain with field experience.
• Ability to manage teams across project execution value chain.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Managing teams across the project execution value chain
• Fault finding, analysis, resolution
• Analysis and planning of new system integration
• Setting up interface units to establish communication with legacy systems
• Data analysis of interfaces ATM (STM-1), RS422 / RS232, SDLC, MIL STD 1553B, Ethernet, Synchro and Resolver
• Understanding of EMI / EMC requirements
• Experience of various Radars, weapons & sensors and System Integration
• Adaptable to managing change requirements
• Carrying out STW, FATs, Site trials together with OEMs and other associated agencies involved in the project
• Create & maintain Documentation
• Effective communicator with good stakeholder management

Job Description

The candidate should have proven range of experience in project management preferably in Defence domain with adequate field experience, with key competencies as follows (not limited to)

• Managing teams across the project execution value chain
