Job summary

Xpheno is seeking a Project Engineer in Hosur to drive project handling and coordination from inception to completion. The role emphasizes strong vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and timely execution of NPD initiatives.

The candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in project engineering, with hands-on NPD exposure and excellent communication. Relocation to Hosur is preferred to support on-site operations and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Project Engineering / Project Coordination.
• Strong exposure to NPD projects.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and coordination.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Hosur will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from initiation through completion.

• Manage vendors and suppliers for project-related requirements.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Prepare project reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide project status updates.
• Ensure projects meet defined timelines, quality standards, and requirements.
