Job summary

Dhruvex Infra Projects Llp is seeking a capable Civil Site Engineer to plan and execute day-to-day construction activities in line with the project schedule. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, site engineers, planning engineers, and multiple departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction and project execution.
• Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, estimation and quantity measurements.
• Understanding of quality control, safety procedures and construction methods.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute day-to-day construction activities as per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, concreting, masonry, reinforcement and structural works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, materials and equipment utilization.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications and work orders.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for drawing clarifications.
• Maintain technical records and report deviations for approval.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved quality standards.
• Coordinate with QC team for inspections and testing.
• Plan manpower requirements based on project activities.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery and site availability.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow.
• Monitor project expenditure against the budget.
• Support quantity measurement, BOQ verification and billing activities.
• Identify cost variations and report them to the Project Manager.
• Assist in controlling material wastage and improving resource utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Track planned versus actual progress and identify critical delays.
• Maintain site records, measurement sheets and work completion reports.
• Report project issues, resource requirements and progress updates to management.

• Understanding of quality control, safety procedures, and construction methods.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project planning tools, as required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
