BPTP is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead project execution at our Gurugram site. You will coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and initiative, with a track record in managing complex construction projects and resolving field-level issues.

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead project execution activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with Planning & Project Controls team for project schedules, resource planning, and milestone tracking.
3. Participate in technical evaluation of contractor quotations and assess execution risks and contractor capability.
4. Monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
5. Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to scope of work, contractual terms, safety norms, and quality standards.
6. Coordinate with Procurement team for timely availability of materials and proper inventory management at site.
7. Verify contractor bills and work certifications before payment processing.
8. Ensure implementation of HSE and Quality procedures across the project site.
9. Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of manpower, contractors, and equipment as per project milestones.
10. Ensure project readiness for handover and resolve observations raised during inspections.
11. Lead and develop project teams through performance management and capability building initiatives.
12. Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, financial, and organizational requirements.
13. Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Liaison, and Quality teams for seamless execution.
14. Prepare periodic project status reports and execution updates for management review.
