Job summary

Phensa Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design in Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. You will head multidisciplinary teams, define scope, schedule, and budgets, and act as the main client interface.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and cost-control skills, with familiarity in AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, Aspen HYSYS, Primavera P6, and MS Project. Offshore/onshore exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in project estimation, FEED, and detailed engineering execution.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Marine / Industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
• Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards.
• Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews.
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively.
• Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
• Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.

Requirements
