Job summary

Technip Energies in Mumbai seeks an Engineer - Offshore Structures with 10–15 years of FEED, design and detail engineering experience in EPCIC offshore projects.

You will handle structural analysis of topside decks, jackets and FPSO modules, work with SACS, Navisworks and 3D model reviews, and ensure compliance with API RP-2A, NORSOK and ISO codes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FEED, design and detail engineering for EPCIC offshore projects.
• Experience with topside decks, jackets and FPSO modules.
• Familiar with API-RP-2A, NORSOK N-004, EURO-3 and ISO 19900 offshore codes.
• Proficient in using SACS for pre-service and in-service analysis.
• Ability to prepare structural design reports and MTOs.
• Experience in reviewing 3D models with Navisworks/Smart Plant Review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FEED, design & detail engineering of EPCIC offshore facilities.
• Perform structural analysis and design of topside decks, jackets, and FPSO modules.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare structural design reports and material take-offs (MTOs).

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Engineer - Offshore Structures, reporting directly to HOD – Offshore Structural to join our Offshore Structural team based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below.

• Experience in FEED, Design & detail engineering of EPCIC Projects of Fixed/Floating Offshore Oil & Gas production/processing facilities.
• Candidate shall have good exposures to Structural analysis and design of Topside decks and/or Jackets and/or FPSO modules.
• Well versed with API-RP-2A (WSD), AISC-ASD and other relevant codes and standards such as NORSOK N-004, EURO-3, ISO 19900 series of Offshore codes.
• Candidate should have good experience in using SACS for Pre-service and In-service analysis of Topside decks, Jackets and FPSO modules.
• Candidate should be able to carry out these analysis independently and prepare Structural design reports and generate MTOs.
• Should have good experience in Structural drawing checking and preparation of Weight Control reports. Candidate should have experience of reviewing 3D models using Navisworks/Smart plant review.
