Job summary

Green Thermo Power Pvt. Ltd. (GTPPL) seeks a Project Engineer to independently manage the execution coordination of Boiler, CHP, AHP and other mechanical systems across multiple project sites in India, coordinating with head office in Faridabad. You will ensure manpower availability, vendor coordination and timely project delivery.

The role is high-responsibility with ownership of site communication, daily progress, and billing support. Strong Hindi/English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial projects (boilers, fabrication, erection and commissioning).
• Strong coordination and manpower deployment skills required for multi-site execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fabrication, erection and commissioning across multiple sites.
• Plan and deploy manpower including fitters, welders, supervisors.
• Maintain DPRs, project tracking and timely reporting to clients and management.
• Ensure zero execution disruption and smooth communication between site, client and internal teams.

Location:

Multiple project sites across India (Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, West Bengal, and potentially many more) + coordination from head office (Faridabad)

Role Objective

To independently manage execution coordination of multiple ongoing projects including fabrication, erection and commissioning of Boilers, CHP, AHP, Chimneys, and many other mechanical systems, including manpower planning, site coordination, vendor management and project tracking — ensuring zero execution disruption and timely delivery.

Nature of Role

This is a high-responsibility execution and coordination role.

The role involves:

1. Managing 3–5 active project sites simultaneously


2. Acting as the single control point between site, client and management


3. Ensuring continuous manpower availability and smooth execution flow

This is not a support role. This is an ownership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate execution of fabrication, erection and commissioning projects across multiple sites


2. Plan, arrange and deploy manpower:
   
   
   
   • Fitters, fabricators, welders (Arc/Argon/MIG/IBR), gas cutters, grinders, supervisors
   
   
   
   


3. Maintain and actively expand:
   
   
   
   • Database of manpower and vendors
   
   
   • Ready-to-deploy workforce pool
   
   
   
   


4. Coordinate daily with:
   
   
   
   • Site supervisors
   
   
   • Client representatives
   
   
   
   


5. Track and control:
   
   
   
   • Project timelines
   
   
   • Delays, bottlenecks and manpower gaps
   
   
   
   


6. Ensure:
   
   
   
   • Zero communication gap between site, client and internal team
   
   
   • Immediate response to site requirements

   • Material, tools and equipment requirements
   
   
   
   


8. Support billing by ensuring:

Ownership Clause

The Project Engineer will have full ownership of execution coordination, manpower deployment and site communication.

Management will not be involved in routine operations.

Communication Control Clause

• All site-level communication must flow through the Project Engineer


• Direct escalation to management is allowed only for critical issues

Performance Clause

Continuation in the role depends on:

• Ability to independently manage coordination


• Timely manpower deployment


• Smooth execution across all sites

Candidate Profile

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5–10 years in:

• Industrial projects (boilers, fabrication, erection and commissioning)


• Manpower handling and site coordination
