Job summary

Anom Tradecontech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer Mechanical to lead fabrication, erection and commissioning across 3–5 active sites. This role requires close coordination with client representatives, contractors and Head Office to ensure timely, safe and quality project delivery.

Ideal candidates hold BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience in industrial projects, especially boiler fabrication/erection and commissioning.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial mechanical projects, preferably boiler fabrication, erection & commissioning.
• Strong coordination across multiple sites and with clients, vendors and head office.

Responsibilities

• Manage fabrication, erection and commissioning projects across 3–5 sites.
• Build and deploy manpower network including fitters, welders, fabricators and supervisors.
• Act as liaison between site teams, clients, contractors and Head Office.
• Track progress, identify delays and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment and manpower with sites.
• Maintain DPRs, daily progress and weekly project tracking.
• Support billing through timely measurement and documentation.
• Supervise boiler fabrication, erection and commissioning activities.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor site productivity, manpower utilization, safety and quality.

Salary: 60 000 80 000 CTC as per experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of fabrication, erection and commissioning projects across 3–5 active sites
• Build, maintain and deploy a manpower network including Fitters, Welders, Arc Argon MIG IBR Fabricators, Supervisors etc. Ensure zero manpower disruption and quick mobilization as per project site requirements
• Act as the single coordination link between site teams, client representatives, contractors and Head Office
• Track project progress, identify delays and bottlenecks and take proactive corrective actions
• Coordinate material, tools, equipment and manpower requirements with respective sites
• Maintain DPRs, Daily Progress Reports and weekly project tracking for clear visibility of execution status
• Support the billing process through timely measurement, documentation and coordination
• Supervise and monitor boiler fabrication, erection, installation and commissioning activities
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor site productivity, manpower utilization, safety and work quality
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising at project sites
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety and client satisfaction

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 10 years of experience in industrial mechanical projects
• Strong hands‑on experience in Boiler Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning
• Proven experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously
• Strong manpower planning and mobilization capabilities
• Good knowledge of project execution, site coordination and documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations as required
• B.E./BTech Mechanical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in Boiler, Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning.
• Candidates with strong experience in multi‑site project execution, manpower management, client coordination, DPRs, billing documentation and site operations will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel across project sites is required.
