Job summary

Parason Machinery is seeking a project role focusing on end-to-end execution, installation and commissioning at customer sites. The position involves coordinating with design, production and site teams, reviewing drawings and technical specs, and maintaining thorough project documentation.

The role requires frequent customer communication, handling modifications and achieving on-time project delivery with travel to sites for installations and reviews.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project execution from order receipt to dispatch, installation and commissioning.
• Prepare project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, Automation and Site teams.
• Review drawings, BOMs, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Regular communication with customers regarding project progress.
• Handle technical discussions, modifications, complaints and site requirements.
• Track cost, schedule, manpower, material and project risks.
• Identify delays and take corrective actions.
• Maintain project reports, MOMs, schedules, progress reports and completion documents.
• Ensure proper handover after project completion.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning and project reviews.

5. Documentation

• Maintain project reports, MOMs, schedules, progress reports and completion documents.
• Ensure proper handover after project completion.

6. Site & Travel

• Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning and project reviews.
