Job summary

Mediconz International is seeking a site engineer to coordinate and supervise electrical and mechanical installation works, ensuring work quality meets approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

You will communicate with project teams, vendors, contractors, and clients; conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews; maintain site and inspection reports; support testing, commissioning, and handover; and uphold HSE compliance and safe working practices at site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with project team, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the site team.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and work progress reviews
• Monitor and ensure HSE compliance for the project team.
• Plan and execute corrective, preventive, and PPM activities
• Identify, prepare, and close snags/punch points within the required timeline.
• Supervise and monitor electrical and mechanical installation works
• Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate material requirements, availability, and site requirements with the concerned team.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection reports, checklists, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients/PMC for inspection, approvals, testing, and handover
• Monitor project schedule, manpower, and daily work progress
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
• Report project issues, delays, and technical requirements to the management.
• Ensure proper Tools, PPE, and safe working practices at site.
