Job summary

Asahi India Glass (AIS) in Pune, India, seeks a capable Project Manager to drive project planning and execution from start to finish, aligning customer and management expectations with the project plan.

You will define lifecycle, scope, team organization, monitor time budgets, manage changes, ensure quality and timely delivery, and provide regular progress updates. Strong cross-functional coordination and reporting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution as per plan.
• Define project lifecycle (start to end date).
• Define project scope and prepare project charter.
• Organize team from different functions involved in project.
• Monitor time budget and other technical aspects.
• Manage Change Effectively.
• Follow Project Management Process.
• Monitor execution for quality and delivery.
• Coordinate with pricing cell and Project MIS for profitability.
• Prepare regular project report cards and update management.

• 'Keep Track of competitors and other customers and implement best practices
• Keep Track of Best Practices
• 'Prepare Regular Project Report card
• Update management on Project progress
• Maintain data for all past Project executed
